This error occurs when users do not have
proper permissions to the report server.
To fix it, proper role assignment has to be
done by local administrators.

. 1. Start Internet Explorer using "Run as Administrator"
- Open
http://localhost/reports
- Go to Folder Settings (SQL Server 2012 is used
4. Click on New Role Assignment
5. Add DOMAIN/USERNAME or DOMAIN/USERGROUP and assign appropriate roles
Re-check the url http://localhost/reports with the original user.
